More shadow flicker from turbines

The wind industry insists shadow flicker does not extend beyond a distance of 10-times the turbine rotor-diameter and the impact is of no consequence when limited to a maximum of 30-hours per year. Both claims are erroneous and self-serving. Shadow flicker has been reported at over 1-mile away. In the video, the turbine is sited 667 meters from the home.
