Court date set in Yates wind project suit

ALBION — The legal battle over permits issued for the construction of a meteorological tower for the planned Lighthouse Wind project will hit State Supreme Court in September.

In documents filed at the Orleans County Clerk’s Office, parties served by wind project opponents in July were informed that a introductory hearing will be held at 2:30 p.m. Sept. 8.
