The second meeting is set for the night of January 31 at the Arundel Center in Annapolis. That's also a week later than previously scheduled, although the venue hasn't changed.

Spokeswoman Olivia Campbell says the dates were changed partly to accommodate a large crowd in Garrett County, based on the number of comments the DNR has received about a developer's proposal to lease 400 mountaintop acres for about 100 giant wind turbines.
