IWA participated in a panel discussion entitled "What Obstacles Exist Concerning the Siting of Wind Generation" at the NARUC* annual meeting held in Anaheim the week of November 12, 2007. The objective of the discussion was to debate the issues challenging the siting of utility-scale wind facilities on both environmental and economic grounds.
