Perkins uncertain about wind turbines after incident

The winds have changed in Perkins and school officials aren't certain when the breeze of energy will return.
Officials said Wednesday it could be weeks until the district, manufacturer and the two local installers complete an investigation as to why the 30-foot windmill blades on one of the three 60-foot-tall wind turbines flew off.
