Re: Case No. 15-F~0327 Application of Galloo Island Wind, LLC for a Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need to Construct an Approximately 108.9-Megawatt Wind Electric Generating Facility in the Town of Hounsfield, Jefferson County, New York
Dear Examiners and Secretary Burgess:
We represent Galloo Island Wind, LLC ("Galloo Wind" or "Applicant") in the above referenced proceeding. Pursuant to this letter, on behalf of Galloo Wind, we are writing to notify the Examiners, the Siting Board, and the Secretary that Galloo Wind formally withdraws its Article 10 Application and is no longer seeking a Certificate of Environmental Compatibility and Public Need from the New York State Board on Electric Generation Siting and the Environment pursuant to Article 10 of the Public Service Law for the Galloo Island Wind Project.
We appreciate the Secretary and Examiners' assistance during the pre-application and application phase of this proceeding.
Very truly yours,
James A. Muscato II
