DTE Project Engineer Paul Funk says "all options will be exhausted to come to a reasonable agreement with those landowners to move forward, but the absolute last resort would be some form of legal action since the three are all under signed contracts." The Pinnebog Wind Farm is expected to have up to 30 turbines, including up to 15 in Oliver Township.
