We’re Against Industrial Turbines-Plympton-Wyoming says the damaged turbine is part of Nextera’s Goshen project on Kirkton Rd. between Blackbush Line and Shipka Line.

Environment Canada says an estimated wind gust of 110 km/h was recorded at Grand Bend around 8pm Sunday.
