Dear Mr. Wolf:
This letter is to inform you that Gamesa Wind US has not obtained a Power Purchase Agreement or other enforceable mechanism for the sale of electricity or commenced construction for the Harmony Wind Energy project located near Harmony, Minnesota. Gamesa is no longer pursuing development of the Harmony project, so subsequent amendments are not needed.
We understand that if we were to continue development of the Harmony project, we would need to obtain a new Site Permit and Certificate of Need in order [sic] from the Minnesota Public Utility Commission. We will make the necessary filings when and if we decide to continue development of the Harmony project.
We thank you for your support in our endeavor's [sic] to develop the Harmony project.
