And Stonewall Hill Conservation Group’s Patrick Smith has said that if the council find in favour of the development then the group may look to appeal the decision through a judicial review.
He said: “Whatever it takes, we are going to fight it to the end.
“It means too much to too many people around here.”

The group took a door-to-door survey in nearby Norton when they took up their opposition to the project, and Mr Smith said the 93 per cent of residents who opposed the scheme still feel the same.
He added that around 400 had voiced their concerns in letters to the local authority, and the group counts Roger and Kirsty Williams, the area’s local MP and Welsh Assembly Member, among their supporters.
A decision on the plan – for four 100m-high turbines to be constructed on the border – has been delayed two weeks and will now be given on November 20.
