Invasion of wind turbines unacceptable

When did it happen that the quality of life and safety of humans and wildlife became expendable and unimportant? When did it become acceptable that a widow can’t sell the family farm due to a possible wind development?

I have, once again, tried to compare the Monroe County amendment on wind energy facilities with other, more complete ordinances. Again I am left in the same position - there is so much lacking in the Monroe County amendment that it in no way compares to an ordinance that will actually protect people from the whims of a developer.
