Turbine leaseholder complains of noise in Cohocton, New York

Mr. Graham of Cohocton, New York, agreed to lease his land to UPC/First Wind for the siting of wind turbines. The turbines went online in December 2008 and the noise complaints started immediately. In this video, Mr. Graham pleads with town officials to shut off the turbines near his home so his wife and he can sleep.
