Dear Mr. Bless:

Thank you for your letter dated January 9, 2009 seeking project updates on the Cascade Wind Facility. I am writing to notify the Oregon Department of Energy and the Energy Facility Siting Council of our withdrawal of the Oregon Wind Application for Site Certificate.
