Siemens Energy has filed a lawsuit against BNSF Railway seeking compensation for a cargo of damaged windmill blades.
In the lawsuit filed in U.S. District Court in Kansas City, Kan., Siemens alleges that 21 wind turbine blades that it manufactured at its Fort Madison, Iowa, blade plant were shipped to Liberal in August.
