Exhibitions have already taken place in Seven Sisters, Onllywn and Glynneath.
Residents in Cwmgwrach will get the chance to see the plans today - and ward councillor Carolyn Edwards is encouraging residents to go along to the event to see exactly what is being proposed.
She said: "I would urge as many people as possible to go along and find out as much as they can about the proposals."
The developer insists the plans will not have a negative impact on the area and the turbines - some 115 metres tall - would produce electricity for around 30,000 homes.

However, some residents are worried.
Onllwyn community councillor Danny Dymond said: "There is not enough information about the day-to-day effects the scheme might have on people.
"In some cases, the turbines only produce electricity 60 or 70 per cent of the time."
The exhibition takes place at Cwmgwrach Welfare Hall, Heol y Felin, from noon to 7pm.
