Dr Chas Warren's study collaborator linked to renewables industry.
Dr Charles Warren claims strong local support for Scottish wind farms (your report, 27 December). Yet he failed to acknowledge that his study, published in the Journal of Planning and Environmental Management, was performed in collaboration with the Macaulay Institute, Aberdeen.
The institute's commercial arm, Macaulay Enterprises, acts as a consultancy for the renewables industry, and is linked to the Scottish Renewables Forum and the British Wind Energy Association.
