Massachusetts Wind Turbines: A Trail of Bloody Tears

A Florida, Massachusetts resident died Tuesday, February 9, 2016, at his home. The resident was unable to leave the property he loved. Wind development destroyed his peace and tranquility.  His suicide should have been prevented if the DEP, BOH AG, governor, ... intervened to protect public health. He was tormented by the wind turbine demons: audible and inaudible (infra-sound).

Former Governor Deval Patrick has committed Massachusetts to an agenda of installing 2000 megawatts of commercial wind turbine power by the year 2020.

The Massachusetts Party Platform called for an all-out war on fossil fuels using commercial wind turbines as their weapon of choice, in turn, causing collateral damage to more than twenty-one communities.

Since 2005 officials at the Massachusetts Clean Energy Center have been aware commercial wind turbines generate two distinct types of noise. The first is regulatory measured in decibels and the second is a human annoyance or infrasound known since 1987 from US Department of Energy Studies done by Scientist Neil Kelly in Boone, North Carolina.

The Massachusetts Department of Environmental Protection has held hearings on wind turbine human annoyance but has taken no action as they themselves are involved in financial Project Regulatory Agreements to keep turbines operational.

His suicide should have been prevented if the DEP, BOH AG, governor, ... intervened to protect public health.

He was tormented by the wind turbine demons: audible and inaudible (infra-sound).

His last words to friends; "I can't take it anymore, I don't know what to do, ... something must change". He died alone on a cold winter night at one of his favorite places beneath those damn wind turbines.

In Falmouth, Massachusetts up to 200 residents has suffered serious medical detriments and a gigantic loss of quality of life from the noise impacts of the wind turbine power plants.

Residents of Falmouth and twenty-one other communities had to move to their basements or leave their properties to get away from the noise. The dark side of the wind industry that media outlets have failed to report suicides, health problems, and property devaluations not to mention millions in legal fees to protect your family

These ailments are well documented by my medical providers: anxiety, stress, nervousness, sleep deprivation, hypertension, migraines, dizziness, blurred vision, palpitations, irritability, anger, upset stomach, depression.

The talk of wind turbine suicides might seem like it’s just a curse that Falmouth has to bear alone. In reality, though, the fate of those tall, white wind machines underscores a broader problem that needs to be addressed. A problem that affects all of us.

The legislature has again proposed the Wind Energy Siting Reform Act. An act to bypass local town bylaws and place more families at risk of a loss of health and property rights

Commercial wind is a bunco scheme of enormous consequence. Everyone who values intellectual honesty should not quietly be fleeced by such mendacity, even from their government officials
