As this letter is being written, people are being assaulted with massive amounts of construction noise and diesel fumes. Complaints from citizens are scoffed at by company and town government alike. Country roads are disintegrating because they are not meant to take the abuse of commercial trucks loaded with thousands of tons of industrial wind turbines, blades, nacelles, cement and stone. The Devil laughs ...

The Devil went down to Orangeville. He was looking for souls to steal…
He was in a bind because he was way behind and he was willing to make a deal…”

He came upon the Orangeville Politicians and they were willing to sell their town for personal financial gain ...and so the backroom deal started with several Town board members, Planning and Zoning Board officials, friends and families. The Devil knew of the oaths of public office... to protect health, safety and welfare of the taxpaying landowners of Orangeville... so a Devil's Deal would be made all the sweeter if he could get these public officials to turn their backs on their oaths of public office...and on the very people who trusted them with their vote. And a Devil's Deal was …

And a Devil's Deal was struck...very sweet indeed.

Congratulations to Councilman Tom Schabloski whose personal real estate is now home to several 43-story-tall industrial-scale wind turbines. Each turbine is complete with high-voltage underground lines, up to 400 gallons of oil per turbine, and tons of cement for turbine bases. By virtue of more than 1,200,000 pounds of cement in each foundation, there is concern about mercury leaching into soils and groundwater. These "public serpent"indiscretions will fill his coffers with many pieces of silver. His actions and the actions of the rest of the Town Board are chasing neighbors out by the droves, at least those of them that can sell despite a loss of property value.

Incentive started much higher up in the political world. The Devil has been busy. Despite former Attorney General Andrew Cuomo's declaration of intent to restore public trust in elected officials, the Devil enjoys how his puppets have developed "double-speak." Now as Governor of New York, Cuomo presides over small rural towns and blatantly looks the other way when town board members ignore their municipal code of ethics to which they swore an oath to uphold. The Devil has happily facilitated embedding large corporate giants in and amongst the oversight organizations. But it is "We, the people"who mourn the erosion of our constitutional rights by self-serving politicians. It is "We, the people" who bear witness to the corrosion of trust in our elected officials.

What should be done about a couple in Orangeville, born and raised in Wyoming County, who now fear they won't be able to stand the noise and flicker of turbines surrounding them??? Or the Orangeville couple (one of many ) whose home of thirty years will be surrounded by about eighteen nearly 450 foot-high turbines within a 2 mile radius of their home??? What about several others who do not have enough equity in their homes to absorb the loss in value???

As this letter is being written, people are being assaulted with massive amounts of construction noise and diesel fumes. Complaints from citizens -both by e-mail and in person to the Town Supervisor at a recent Orangeville Town Board meeting- are scoffed at by company and town government alike. Country roads are disintegrating because they are not meant to take the abuse of commercial trucks loaded with thousands of tons of industrial wind turbines, blades, nacelles, cement and stone. The Devil laughs as the current construction devastates taxpayer's ears, pocket books, Orangeville property, scenery, lives and enjoyment of their lands. Oil spills have already occurred, and the pristine water of the Attica reservoir will be soon surrounded by these oil-leaking turbines.

The Devil has been busy. Politicians in Washington decry our nation's financial position and issue dire warnings of "falling over the fiscal cliff." Then the U.S. Congress turns around and extends a history of 22 years of tax subsidies for yet another year - costing taxpayers an estimated $12 billion dollars over the next 20 years. There is little evidence that our citizen-lawmakers have retained any ability to think or to "connect the dots".

The Devil has been busy weaving corporate greed into public policy. The Invenergy turbines were bought from General Electric - an American company that chalked up over $14.2 billion dollars in profit in 2010, yet paid ZERO in taxes due to sweet details of public tax policy. Worse, we taxpayers effectively paid G.E. $3.2 billion in tax breaks. General Electric accomplishes this feat by using is political muscle in Congress and by lobbying for special tax treatment and corporate welfare. It also aggressively moves its profits to offshore tax havens including Bermuda, Singapore, and Luxembourg. The company's 975-member tax division includes many former Treasury and IRS officials who never a met a loophole they didn't love. (Reference: Institute for Policy Studies, press reports, 2011).

In January 2011, Jeffrey Immelt, chief executive officer of General Electric Co. (GE)was appointed to head President Barack Obama's Council on Jobs and Competitiveness. This appointment is in addition to his duties as CEO of G.E. Bloomberg press reported in September, 2011, that Immelt's message to the government predictably includes: "The U.S. government must reduce business regulation to spur job growth."

Hmmm. Perhaps the Devil believes that Big Business hasn't had a free enough hand in Orangeville.... The Devil is weaving a tapestry of travesty. All of these elected "bought by the devil" public officials must be removed from office. When in doubt, just look for those who would sell control of the land of taxpayers to multi-billion-dollar foreign-invested NON-TAX PAYING CONGLOMERATES.

These "Benedict Arnolds"have sold their souls to the Devil. They have sold our ability as taxpayers to control our own lands; they have sold our freedoms; they have sold our belief in our system of governance; they have sold our sense of community. These same politicians have spawned distrust - even hatred - by pitting neighbor against neighbor in our once peaceful community of Orangeville.

Born Again Americans must now wake up and insist on a return to constitutional ethics...Force these politicians to be accountable. Vote to remove all these traitors from all offices now held by them ....the time my friends is now or never...
