Several Prattsburgh residents spoke up about their concerns surrounding the noise.
"I fear, no matter what sound levels these things produce, it's never going to ve too loud for some on the board to be disturbed by. They wouldn't be disturbed by them because they don't live by them." said Michelle Raymond.
"It is a concern - if it is so loud and it's unbearable, where are we going to go, what are we going to do - this was our dream property." said Angela Einwachter.
The meeting will be next Tuesday.
Board members will look at their budget to see if they can afford the consultant.
Right now, the price tag will be more than $11,000.
