Description:

The Settlers Trail Wind Farm, operational since Spring 2012, experienced blade failure. The facility, located near Sheldon in Iroquois County, Illinois, is owned and operated by Germany-based E.On Climate & Renewables. It consists of 94 General Electric 1.6 MW Turbines for a nameplate capacity of 150.4 MW.
