Two California energy companies are proposing wind farm projects in Benton County, northwest of Lafayette.
PRINCETON - A wind developing company received only a few questions from Bureau County residents at a public hearing Thursday regarding construction of 57 wind turbines near the village of Ohio.

GREENLEAF — Brown County officials are urging communities to enact regulations on wind farms after hearing that a private firm is planning to build a series of large windmills in the southern part of the county.
