Lycoming County judge says no to planned wind farm
WILLIAMSPORT, Pa. (AP) - A Lycoming County judge is saying to to a company that wants to build three dozen windmills in McIntyre and Jackson townships.
A zoning board ruled against the 100 (m) million dollar project on more than 700 acres and Judge Nancy Butts is upholding that ruling.
