Lack of parking in Adams causing problems
Giant trucks are heading to Lewis County. They're transporting parts to the wind farm project. How they're getting there is causing some problems. The trucks travel from the port of Oswego into Lewis County.

In Adams, they can't easily make this turn, so the end of East Church Street and Main Street parking is blocked off.
"It's affecting our business drastically because the customers have no place to park. There's a lot of elderly that come in here and depend on us because they don't cook at home, they come in everyday and there's no place to park,” said Derek Butler, Owner of Gram’s Diner.
