Wind Farm Hearing Continues in Kincardine
Opponents of the Enbridge windfarm proposal in Kincardine will put two windfarm residents on the stand when an Ontario Municipal Board hearing continues tomorrow.
Spokesperson Kathy McCarrell says their evidence will show the cumulative effect of noise and shadow flicker from many turbines is greater than studies and models predict.
Enbridge wants to put up 104 turbines in Kincardine - and council passed zone changes to allow that.
Kincardine lawyer Steve O'Mellia says the next stage of the OMB hearing will see Enbridge begin its case in support of the wind farm proposal.
