West Wind Energy on tour of proposed wind farm site
West Wind Energy will today lead a tour of the site proposed for a wind farm south of Ballarat.
The tour is the last part of a six day panel hearing into the company's plans for a 64 turbine wind farm at Mount Mercer.

The company's Toby Geigar says it is good for people to see the site, and how the turbines will impact the area.
"First we will start looking to the site from some distance and then, as we approach the site from closer by, we will compare those views that we have from there with the photo montages that we've undertaken through the course of the planning application," he said.
