No winners in County windmill action

Twenty-seven property owners in South Marysburg have filed a $14m (million) lawsuit against 47 others and the Whitepines Wind Farm development.
In the Statement of Claim, the plainiffs say they're suffering from aggravation, anguish and mental distress because of not being able to sell their property, and the worry over possible negative health effects from wind turbines.
Meanwhile, on the other side of the coin, this from a man being sued......."I'm devastated..I'm in my 70′s, and am physically disabled, and there are other people being sued who are much older then me, people in their 90′s.... [continue via Web link]
