Court halts wind turbine delivery
The borough has stopped - at least for now - a wind turbine slated to be built at the regional sewerage plant here.
Robert C. Fischer, Bayshore Regional Sewerage Authority's executive director, called the latest news "disappointing."

UNION BEACH - The borough has stopped - at least for now - a wind turbine slated to be built at the regional sewerage plant here.
Robert C. Fischer, Bayshore Regional Sewerage Authority's executive director, called the latest news "disappointing."
A restraining order on transportation and assembly of the turbine was granted Wednesday by the Appellate Division of the Superior Court in Trenton, said Stuart J. Lieberman, attorney with Princeton-based Lieberman and Blecher, acting on behalf of Union Beach.
The borough previously has come out against the turbine's construction.
