Public inquiry to be held into Borders windfarm
Councillor Nicholas Watson of the Borders Party said they should object due to the accumulative impact of wind farms in the area and the effect on the Southern Upland Way walk as well as noise reasons.

Council objects to proposal to build 23 turbines at the Lammermuir Hills site
A public inquiry is to be held into a proposed wind farm in the Borders.
It follows a decision by Scottish Borders Council to object to the plans by RWE Npower Renewables Ltd to build 23 turbines at Rowantree near the village of Oxton.
The site is on the edge of the Lammermuir Hills between the A7 and A68 roads in the region.
