Duke of Roxburghe tells of wind farm 'frustration'
The Duke of Roxburghe, whose family seat is Floors Castle near Kelso, hopes North British Windfarm will be given permission to build 48 turbines on part of his 60,000 hectare estate in the Lammermuir Hills in the Scottish Borders.
However, after seven years in the planning system the project has still not been given the green light, and up to 400 people are expected to join a protest march against the scheme on Saturday.

A Duke who owns the land where one of Scotland's most controversial wind farms would be built has spoken for the first time about his frustration at delays to the scheme and local protests.
The Duke of Roxburghe, whose family seat is Floors Castle near Kelso, hopes North British Windfarm will be given permission to build 48 turbines on part of his 60,000 hectare estate in the Lammermuir Hills in the Scottish Borders.
