The Zoning Board of Appeals didn't get a chance to start to deliberate Wednesday night on whether or not to approve a special permit for a wind turbine project on Head of the Bay Road in South Plymouth.

The Zoning Board of Appeals didn't get a chance to start to deliberate Wednesday night on whether or not to approve a special permit for a wind turbine project on Head of the Bay Road in South Plymouth.
Time ran out shortly before 11 p.m. Public comment time will resume at 7:30 p.m. Wednesday, July 21, when the zoning hearing continues.
Cranberry grower Keith Mann is seeking a special permit to install four wind turbines on 331 acres of land off Head of the Bay Road after deciding to seek separate approval of a fifth wind turbine.
