Man falls inside turbine
Despite a fall of between 20 and 30 feet, the man who lost his footing on a ladder inside a wind turbine on Friday apparently was not seriously injured.
The man's name has not been released by the Winnebago County Sheriff's Department. ...the worker slipped off a ladder and, although tethered by a safety harness, the harness apparently failed, and the man fell.

FOREST CITY - Despite a fall of between 20 and 30 feet, the man who lost his footing on a ladder inside a wind turbine on Friday apparently was not seriously injured.
The man's name has not been released by the Winnebago County Sheriff's Department.
According to Forest City Fire Chief Mark Johnson, the man was conducting maintenance inside a turbine on a wind farm owned by NextEra Energy Resource, southwest of Thompson.
The accident was reported to authorities at 5:48 p.m., according to the Winnebago County Sheriff's Department. The man was later airlifted to Mercy Medical Center-North Iowa. Without a name,... [continue via Web link]
