Woodford hearing to focus on wind farm setbacks
A proposed change to the ordinance regarding wind farm setbacks will be the topic of a public hearing next week of the Woodford County Zoning Board.
The hearing will be at 6 p.m. Thursday in the County Board room in the Woodford County Courthouse.

EUREKA - A proposed change to the ordinance regarding wind farm setbacks will be the topic of a public hearing next week of the Woodford County Zoning Board.
The hearing will be at 6 p.m. Thursday in the County Board room in the Woodford County Courthouse.
The Woodford County Conservation, Planning and Zoning Committee has filed a petition to increase the setback from 750 feet to 1,800 feet from any adjoining property's dwelling unit.
Anyone who wishes to address the issue will have 10 minutes to testify. Written testimony, witnesses and exhibits must be submitted to interested parties and are subject to cross-examination.
