Judge to hear wind farm motion
Arguments on motions by a group of Idaho Falls residents opposing development of a wind power project in Bingham County are scheduled to take place Thursday at the Bingham County Courthouse.
The hearing is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. before 7th District Judge Richard St. Clair in Courtroom 1.

BLACKFOOT - Arguments on motions by a group of Idaho Falls residents opposing development of a wind power project in Bingham County are scheduled to take place Thursday at the Bingham County Courthouse.
The hearing is scheduled for 1:30 p.m. before 7th District Judge Richard St. Clair in Courtroom 1.
The arguments are on motions filed by Natural Guardian Limited Partnership, Stan and Linn Hawkins, Louise and Susan Morales and Lavar and Jeanette Grover seeking permission from the court to conduct discovery and present additional evidence to support their contention that a decision by the county granting a special use permit...
