Three Pennsylvania men have filed a federal lawsuit against a Spanish wind turbine manufacturer, saying that they were illegally replaced by younger workers.
The three also claim the company gave Spanish workers preferential treatment.
Kevin Wagner, of Johnstown; Paul McElhenny, of Hastings; and Rick Williams of Lilly; say they were wrongly fired by Gamesa/Fiberblade LLC in May 2007.
Their federal lawsuit filed in Johnstown says the men were all replaced by younger employees and that two of the three replacements were also Spaniards.
The men want their jobs back, along with back pay and benefits, and an order barring Gamesa from future discrimination.
A Gamesa spokesman say the company does not comment on litigation.
