As you may know, Noble Enviromental Power is proposing a wind energy facility for the Towns of Altona. Your land is located near our project area, and we would like to know if you are interested in participating in the project through the use of a 'windpark border easement agreement".

Under our Windpark Border Easement Agreement, Noble Environmental Power would pay you, or any future owner of your property, an annual easement fee. We would not place any facilities on your property under this agreement, nor would we need to enter your property for any reason. No turbine would be located on any adjacent properties any closer than 1000 feet from your residence.
