Excerpt from the follow-up medical visit:
Mr. DeWayne of Jefferson County, NY was seen by a cardiologist in March 2008. Dr. Carroll Moody assessed Mr. Wilkie's health and from a cardiovascular standpoint, declared Mr. Wilkie 'stable'.
"Where Mr. Wilkie is living in the Clayton, New York area there is the consideration of putting wind turbines. He has an AIC defibrillator. I discussed this with the electrophysiologist, Dr. Osman. He has concerns that low frequency noise range of these wind turbines could interfere with the proper functioning of Mr. Wilkie's AIC defibrillator leading to shutting down of the device."
