New England ISO (NE ISO) control area includes the six states of New England (CT, RI, MA, ME, NH, VT).
The NE ISO interconnection queue as of Oct 2007 includes 2,100 MW of proposed or approved wind generation including Cape Wind. Projects listed in the queue are not guaranteed to be built, but this list serves as an indicator of wind development activity.
