State regulators say they won't hold another hearing to debate the siting of a wind farm in east-central North Dakota.

The Public Service Commission says it will ask the wind project's developer to move four of the project's 80 wind turbines to satisfy complaints from a nearby landowner.

NextEra Energy Resources is developing the project in Griggs County. It's intended to generate up to 120 megawatts of electricity. NextEra doesn't have to agree to the PSC's request.

Jim and Mary Ann Miller run a business near four of the proposed towers. They build dog sleds and use their Alaskan Husky dogs to test the sleds. The Millers say noise from the turbines would bother them and their dogs.

The commissioners say they considered the Millers' arguments when they approved a site plan for the wind farm last month.
